1. Physical activity:
Do some amount of exercise on a regular basis will make better physically and mentally. Physical activity such as walking or jogging help keep weight balanced and keeps the body from diseases like heart attacks, diabetes, stress and depression.

2. Healthy Diet:
A balanced diet containing all the nutrients needed for the body is a must to stay healthy. Low-fat diets and foods completely out of balance can help someone live a more healthy and disease free. It must have a balance of green vegetables, fruits, nuts, grains, bread, cereals and milk. If a person is a non vegetarian then can also consume eggs, low-fat meat and fish in the diet.

9. Drink water:
